Get to the start line AND the finish line of your next race with a personalised coached plan.

I will work with you to develop and achieve performance goals.  I will create a weekly plan of swim, bike, run and strength workouts based on your schedule, your condition and your goals.

Through on going communication, aspects related to nutrition, race execution and technique will be discussed and planned and all tracked with online training plan software.

I can also help you with recommendations for equipment and any devices that you may be considering and give insight on race travel logistics.
